FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about ordering feathers for your wedding.

How many ostrich feathers do I need for a centerpiece?

Most full-looking arrangements on a 24" Eiffel Tower vase use 25–35 feathers in the 18–24" range. Shorter vases need fewer feathers; taller or denser looks need more. You can find a complete quantity guide on our How Many Feathers Do I Need? page.

Are your feathers cruelty-free / ethically sourced?

The majority of our feathers are byproducts of the food industry. Exotic feathers such as peacock are typically collected during natural molting. We prioritize responsible sourcing whenever possible.

Will the feathers shed or look messy?

High-quality ostrich and peacock feathers hold up very well when handled properly. A light misting with water and gentle fluffing will restore volume if needed. After your wedding, store them flat or hanging in a dry place so they can be reused.

Can I get custom colors?

Yes. Many of our base feathers can be custom-dyed to match your wedding palette. Please contact us with your preferred colors and timeline so we can confirm availability and turnaround time.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Large ostrich feathers or custom-dyed orders may take a little longer. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Do long feathers ship safely?

Yes. We carefully package long ostrich and peacock feathers to protect the tips and delicate barbs during transit.

Can I return or exchange feathers?

We want you to be completely satisfied. Please review our return policy or contact us if you have any issues with your order. Custom-dyed feathers may have different return conditions.
